Crew will excavate soil,then pour a 4"slab as shown on diagram with a brush finish. <br /> Crew will pour short curb wall to prevent water from flooding basement. Crew will inject Polyurethane to void fill under slab as <br /> shown on diagram. Crew will void fill windows to prevent water from flooding basement. Homeowner may want us to remove <br /> soil from the Crawlspace for proper clearance that will need to be a time and material quote for this. <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a maximum pile spacing <br /> as indicated is achieved with supplemental L6x6x3/8 angle iron installed at the indicated locations.Piles to be installed per SSK-01 &SSK-02,angle <br /> iron per SSK-03. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1.
