However,the responses and revised documents are <br /> not sufficient to proceed with a review. The previously issues intake comments are attached. In addition, please note <br /> the following: <br /> • Complete responses are required. Responses stating"see updated plans" or"work performed by the previous <br /> owner" are not sufficient. <br /> • Continuing with the previous comment, unpermitted work performed by a previous owner, including work <br /> approved under a permit that was not completed, must be addressed in the current project as new <br /> construction. See previous comments addressing unpermitted work. <br /> • The drawings must clearly indicate all new work. The new work must be distinguished from existing legally <br /> permitted construction using recognized drafting standards. The work as currently shown does not clearly <br /> delineate between existing and new construction. <br /> • Structural drawings are required. See comments. Note that pictures of work performed by a previous owner do <br /> not negate the need for work to be permitted and do not replace the required structural drawings.
