As discussed,the City no longer has the plans <br /> or structural calculations however I do see by searching in the City's Digital Records Center that Travis J. McCandless was <br /> the Professional Engineer as well as the homeowner at the time. If he (or the firm) still has the calculations and plans, <br /> that would be helpful.
