It is primarily a single-story home with a partial upper
floor. The home was built on this flat residential property in 1930 based on the available online
information. The rear or east side of the home has settled about 31/2-inches relative to the front
or west side of the home It is my opinion that the settlement is due to post construction
settlement due to drainage from the downspouts at the corners of the rear bearing wall causing
soft soil and bearing conditions as well as undersized footings
— - _ 7171_-_,,,,,,,-
-r
.
. , , t' 4.1114 ' !it" ';
*t -I,, -,2
- _ --
'4-,.
dam e,,. 1 '
Front or West Side of Home
I-\ IZ
