These <br /> piers will use the standard foundation 4038 bracket or the modified earless RD 3177 brackets I <br /> have also shown the addition of a steel channel inside of the south and east sides of the stem <br /> wall which will allow the foundation to span between the helical piers and brackets because it is <br /> unlikely that the footing and stem wall is reinforced and able to span without bearing on the soil <br /> These piers will allow this structure lifted enough to ensure that the weight of the home is firmly <br /> on the helical piers and leveled to its maximum practical recovery, ideally about 2-inches to <br /> match the interior portion of the floor at this area. I have also shown the addition of at least two <br /> adjustable post bases to be added inside of the southeast corner and under the floor support <br /> beam where the settlement is the greatest. The locations of the piers are shown in the attached <br /> repair plan <br />
