Post construction soil quality and depth in accordance with BMP T5.13 in Volume V, Chapter 5. <br /> At completion of clearing,grading, and hardscape, imported topsoil material will be placed in <br /> landscape areas in accordance with BMP T5.13. <br /> Roofs <br /> 1. Full Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.30: Full Dispersion. <br /> BMP T5.30 is infeasible as there will be insufficient vegetated flow path from the point of <br /> discharge. <br /> 2. Downspout Full Infiltration Systems in accordance with BMP T5.10A: Downspout Full <br /> Infiltration. <br /> BMP T5.10A is infeasible as there is inadequate space on the site for an infiltration system. <br /> 3. Rain Gardens in accordance with BMP T5.14: Rain Gardens. <br /> BMP T5.14 is infeasible as there is no location on the site where a Rain Garden can be <br /> reasonably designed on a slope less than 8%.Also, there is inadequate space on the site for a <br /> rain garden. <br /> 4.
