• . <br /> 11. Any proposed driveway shall meet City of Everett standards(300 series drawings). If a driveway <br /> and curb cut is proposed on the west side of the proposed garage,the existing fire hydrant along <br /> Seaview Way may need to be relocated at the owner's expense. <br /> 12. The proposed site plan will need to show existing contours with elevation labels.The existing <br /> contours shall match existing conditions currently on-site. <br /> 13. The elevation drawings shall show the existing grade sketched in, have the height calculation <br /> shown(side A, B,C,and D),and shall include a north arrow for reference. <br /> 14. As-builts of all proposed storm sewer,sanitary sewer,and water systems are required to be <br /> submitted per current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development manual,prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 15. In general, please call out all utilities and site features in accordance with the specific type and <br /> standard drawing number listed in the City's current Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development. httos://everettwa.gov/1531/Design-Construction-Standards <br /> 16. Please clearly label all features as either existing or proposed and clearly show on the site plan <br /> using specific line types, hatch patterns,and a legend. <br /> 17.
