A legend was added below the plan, specifying the wall to be <br /> demolished and to be retained. <br /> b. The existing roof line was added on the existing floor plan. It was labeled with the type <br /> of framing used, location and span. <br /> c. A note was added on Sheet A6 &A7 requiring the contactor to verify the existing roof <br /> framing and verify that the walls proposed to be demolished are not load bearing. <br /> 2. General Fastener Schedule was provided in Sheet A3. A note specifying the used for <br /> connections of specific fastener was added on the sheet. <br /> 3. Detail 9/A5 was revised to comply with the required vertical and lateral connections per <br /> Section R507.8. <br /> 4. A sufficient embedment required by Sections R403.1.4 was provided for the deck <br /> foundation. <br /> 5. To identify the minimum required king and jacks for headers, a table showing minimum <br /> number of full-height studs at each end of headers in exterior walls was added on Sheet A5. <br /> 6. a. The anchor size specified in detail 4/A4 was revised into a minimum anchor size of 5/8 <br /> inches. <br /> b. A minimum of 3 inches anchor's embedment to existing footing was added to detail 4/A4. <br /> c.
