The Proposed Floor Plan on Sheet A6 was revised into (6) six resident/client bedroom and the two excess bedrooms were labeled and identify as a non-resident/non-client bedroom. An additional note containing the allowable residents for an (ADF) Adult Family Home in accordance with Section R202 was added to Sheet Al. Architectural 1. A dimension with an interior clearance of 3 feet between ramp railing was added on the Ramp Plan Sheet A5. 2. Care Taker's Room and Office was revised to comply with the required minimum area and dimensions stated in Section R304.1 and R304.2. See sheet A7. 3. a. The Energy Option in Sheet A2 was changed into 1.3 which has a vertical fenestration with maximum thermal performance of U=0.28 base on table R406.3. Schedule table with U-Val.=0.28 was retain to match 1.3 option. The label U=0.28 on Sheet A7 Proposed Plan was removed. b. An Energy Credit Note was added on Sheet A7 which shows the Fuel Normalization and Energy Credit options used for the project, together with performance requirements for each option. 4. On Sheet A2, a Whole-House Mechanical Ventilation option was added on the Exhaust Rate table. The new whole-house fan for the project was placed in Utility Room. 5. The exhaust fan for the Kitchen was labeled base on the Exhaust Rate table on Sheet A2, that shows the minimum required performance rate per IRC Table M1505.4.4(1). 6. Detail 1/A4 (Garage Roof Insulation) was revised to conform with Section R402.2.3. A more specified baffle note was added for clarity. C I �
