Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 17, 2022 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Police Pension Board was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on August 17, <br />2022. Roll was called with Board Members Franklin, Thiessen, Neighbors, Sebald and Jorve <br />present. Member Haugen was expected to be a few minutes late and Member Stonecipher was <br />excused. Board Attorney David Hall; Marcy Hammer and Tina Te; Human Resources; and Rick <br />Gray, Finance were also in attendance. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of July 20, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL Budgeted Amount $512,000.00 June 2022 $40,491.34 Remaining budget $246,311.70 48.11% <br /> MEDICAL CLAIMS Budgeted amount $1,247,000.00 June 2022 $50,807.46 June 2022 HMA fees $11,337.12 <br /> <br /> Remaining budget $774,490.75 62.11% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neighbors, seconded by Thiessen, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims <br />as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Stonecipher and Haugen <br />who were excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
