Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 17, 2022 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL BILLS FOR REVIEW <br /> <br /> Reimbursement request for Sal acid/LCD/Betameth Dip Ointment (for <br />skin and scalp conditions) in the amount of $59.13 (tabled from 7/20 <br />meeting) <br /> <br />Moved by Board Member Neighbors, seconded by Board Member Franklin, to approve the <br />reimbursement request for Sal acid/LCD/Betameth Dip Ointment (for skin and scalp <br />conditions) in the amount of $59.13. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Stonecipher and Haugen, <br />who were excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />Board Member Haugen joined the meeting at 9:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> Reimbursement request for hearing aid dehumidifier in the amount of <br />$39.99 (tabled from 7/20 meeting) <br /> <br />Request died for the lack of a motion as this member already met the biannual hearing aid <br />allowance. <br /> <br /> <br /> Reimbursement request for a motorized scooter in the amount of $2162 <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Board Member Franklin, seconded by Board Member Neighbors to approve the <br />reimbursement request for a motorized scooter in the amount of $2162. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Stonecipher, who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Reimbursement request for home health care in the amount of $17,080.10 <br />from the last 4 months of care and request for board approval for care for <br />the remainder of the year.
