June 21, 2023 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7901 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,168,402.95 for the period of June 3, 2023, through June 9, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7902 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $1,552,264.59 for the period ending June 3, 2023. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION – 2022 BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL <br /> <br />To accept the 2022 Biosolids Removal and Disposal as complete and authorize the Mayor to <br />sign the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – REGIONAL STORMWATER FACILITY STUDY <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Grant Agreement No. WQC-2023-EverPW-00118 with the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology for a total project amount of $401,480. <br /> <br />GRANT APPLICATION – 2023 DEFENSE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to submit the 2023 Defense Community Infrastructure Program Grant <br />application to the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation on or before June 23, 2023. <br /> <br />Fire Chief David DeMarco provided a briefing on the grant application. <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member Schwab and <br />Stonecipher, who were excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS:
