EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) <br /> <br /> <br />• Allowance for one (1) OAC employee for one day, including travel time, is anticipated to <br />attend and administer Bid-Walk. <br /> <br />• Allowance for one (1) OAC employee for one day, including travel time, is anticipated to <br />attend a Pre-Construction meeting. <br /> <br />• Allowance for eight (8) one (1) day site visits including travel time during the construction <br />phase of the project, is included in the scope of work. Each site visit will follow up with a <br />field report within three to five business days. <br /> <br />• Four (4) one (1) hour conference calls with the City of Everett Parks & Facilities <br />department during the construction phase are anticipated. <br /> <br />• Allowance for six (6) RFIs and six (6) Submittal responses are included in the scope of <br />work. <br /> <br />• Design code upgrades are excluded from this scope. <br /> <br />• Testing of masonry mortar is excluded from this scope. <br /> <br />• Permit fees required by the City of Everett Building Department are not included in the <br />scope.
