S�'CTION 3: 'There is hereby established a local improvement district , to be called Local Improvement District 1o. _ z 6 , which district shall include the following des- cribed property: Lots 1 to 34 inclusive, :Block 258, Lots 1 to 34 inclusive, Block 231 , Lots 1, 2, 2A, to 34 inclusive, Block 226, Lots 1 to 34 inclusive, Block 193, Lots 1 to 34 inclusive, Block 188, All in Plat of Everett , Division "T", Snohomish County, Washington. Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund No. 526 which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed , levied and collected on the several lots and parcels of land in the said local improvement district, and the proceeds of the sale of bonds of said district for thepurpose of defraying the costs and expense of such improvement. Cut of said fund shall be paid the bonds and interest thereon, the cost of materials, fixed estimate and : 11 other expenses in connection with said improvement, except the amount contributed by the Federal Government under WPA for labor. Section 4: The costs and expense of such improvement shall be defr:..yed only in the manner set forth in this ordinance.
