June 28, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 20-minute executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 <br />(1)(i), with no action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7903 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,218,669.70 for the period ending June 10, 2023, through June 16, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - REVIEW AND ANALYSIS FOR EPIC (RIVERPOINT) SITE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with HWA GeoSciences in <br />the amount of $84,588, in substantially the form provided, for review and analysis of existing <br />Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental data associated with the EPIC (Riverpoint) site. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - MAIN LIBRARY BUILDING ENVELOPE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with OAC Services, Inc. to <br />provide architectural and engineering services for the Main Library Building Envelope <br />Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $150,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - PUBLIC SERVICE CENTER NO. 3 ROOFING REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with 2812 Architecture to <br />provide architectural and engineering services for the Public Service Center No. 3 Roofing <br />Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $15,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - THORNTON A. SULLIVAN DOME ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br />2812 Architecture to provide additional architecture and engineering services for the Thornton <br />A. Sullivan Dome Roof Replacement Project. <br />
