There shall be the following named officers and employees in the Inspection Department: PL.fn-dbtr t, Inspector Building Ins. ctorjand Electrical Inspector. it shall be the duty of such officers to perform the duties relating to such office as defined by the ord inances pf such city ana such other duties as the commissioner of public works shall direct. Section 16: Street Department. There shall be the following named officers and assistants in the Street Department; to-wit: .One (1) Street Superintendent; One (1) Clerk; One (1) purchasing agent, (part time) ; One (1) yard man; Three (3) Foremen; ,One (1) C-raderman; One -raderman ' a Helper; Six (6) truck drivers; Two (2) Drainage Inspectors; One (1) Powder Man; Six (6) trucker Driver ' s helpers; One (1) Painter; One (1) .Jumpman; Thirteen (13) skilled laborers; One (1) draftsman , (4 months) ; One (1) Tran sitman (half time ) ; Head Chainmen (100 days) ; hear Ohainmen (100) days) ; Inspectors (320) days; Common Laborers (1540 days ; Three (3) Pridge • ,Tenders. Said officers , assistants and employees shall perform the duties pertaining to such office as indicated by the name of their respective employments, and such other duties as the superintendent of streets or Commissioner of 2,ablic shall , from time to time , authmaze and determine. Section 17 : Park Department.
