I have been working back and forth on these for a while and may have grabbed <br />the wrong title sheet to clip that into the application. ARGH! <br />SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE CHC EVERETT CLINIC RELOCATION TO THE EVERETT TOWER <br />4TH FLOOR AND PARTIAL 3RD FLOOR. FOR THE FOURTH FLOOR, A DOOR AND WALL WILL <br />PROVIDE FLOOR CONTROL AT THE ADMIN. OFFICE AND WAITING ROOM ON THE NORTH <br />END OF THE SUITE. AN ENTRY TO THE ELEVATOR LOBBY WILL BE RECONFIGURED SO <br />THAT THE DOOR OPENS IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL AS AN EXIT FROM THE INNER <br />STAFF OFFICES. MINOR DEMOLITION AND SOME NEW WALLS TO DIVIDE SOME ROOMS IS <br />THE EXTENT OF THE WORK ON THIE 4TH FLOOR. <br />THE GENOA PHARMACY FOR THE CLINIC WILL BE LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND WILL <br />BE A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THEIR WORK. THE ADMISSION OFFICE FOR THE 3RD FLOOR <br />WILL BE ON THE SOUTH WALL AND STAFF WILL HAVE OFFICES AND CLINICAL SPACES IN <br />THE WEST WING OF THE FLOOR. STAFF OFFICES ARE ESSENTIALLY TAKEN AS IS WITH A <br />MINOR DEMOLITION REVISION TO PROVIDE FOR A STAFF BREAK AREA WITHIN THE <br />CLINICAL SPACE. <br />The suites were not completely clear on the information that I was provided so here is my best shot from the <br />information from 2D. <br />Essentially, Compass is taking all the suites except for existing tenants in 302 and 328A. 335, adjacent to the front stairs <br />will be vacant but CHC may have an option on it. <br />CHC will have %2 of 328 A as offices only, 326 as their new reception area, 320 will become their IT room, and all of 318 <br />which extends along of the west side of the building (except for the tenant in 302 across from the elevator), and will <br />actually connect and be clinical space managed from the reception area and some offices for case managers. <br />Genoa is taking 334 (patient entry point), 336, and % of 328A. <br />I clipped this in from what I found initially. I added the info so you could actually read the suites that CHC has in their <br />lease. Genoa's space is a sublease. <br />Please call or let me know if you have any other questions.
