6/16/2022 <br />' City of Everett Page <br />7:13:16AM <br />INSPECTION ACTIVITY REPORT <br />Z l� <br />3/29/2022 3/29/2022 PLUMB JJM CORRECTION (3/29/2022 2:10 PM JJM) <br />03-ROUGH IN Highly recommend calling licensed <br />plumbing contractor to perform <br />repairs/corrections. <br />3/29/2022 <br />3/29/2022 PLUMB - SITE JJM READY <br />READINESS <br />- Replumb all DWV ABS pipe in <br />crawlspace per 2018 UPC code standards. <br />1.) Currently there is no vent on main bath <br />toilet. Toilet vents are minimum 2" per <br />code. <br />2.) Make sure legal long sweep fittings <br />and or wye and 1/8th bend fittings are used <br />where needed. Current fittings dont meet <br />drainage fitting requirements. <br />3.) Make sure all horizontal drianage <br />piping is running at minimum 2% slope per <br />code. <br />4.) Cap open drain piping that is allowing <br />sewer gas to enter home and crawlspace <br />using approved solid caps and or approved <br />shielded mission type couplings per UPC. <br />a.) Old copper toilet drain and old <br />abandoned laundry tray trap arm. <br />5.) Cap of abandoned hot and cold water <br />lines for laundry tray behind drywall with <br />approved fittings. <br />6.) Extend AW standpipe to outside of <br />drywall. <br />7.) Move all hot and cold pex water lines <br />in half bath as close as possible to heated <br />envelope of building per code. <br />8.) Make sure all ABS waste piping is <br />supported at proper 4' intervals on the <br />horizontal per code. <br />9.) Make sure all ABS waste fittings are <br />properly glued per code.
