Please submit a landscaping plan showing vegetation that will be removed, which trees/vegetation will be retained, and where replanting will occur per the recommendations in the Geological Report. Please be sure to specify the types of plants and trees that will be replanted. The Geological Report also made specific recommendations regarding the foundation and erosion control. I've included the Building Department reviewer and the Public Works reviewer on this email to review the report, proposed plans, and weigh in on if these recommendations have been addressed in the plans. In the meantime, I will get the Geological Covenant routed to the Mayor's office today for signature and will let you know when it has been signed and ready to be recorded at Snohomish County.
