In the original <br />(attached) the "DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS" is first and the <br />"AGREEMENT CONCERNING DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS" is <br />second. The covenant cannot be recorded until the mayor, city clerk, and city attorney sign the <br />covenant. The page where they sign was missing in the covenant you submitted, which is why I reached <br />out requesting page 10.
