Suppliers may emphasize in their narrative any areas of their proposal that they believe exceed <br />our requirements. <br />1. Qualifications and Relevant Experience <br />A. Briefly describe your company. Include how long the company been in business. <br />B.Describe the qualifications of your company as it relates to this RFP, its business experience, <br />and achievements. <br />C.Describe your firms experience with issues relating to represented employees, labor <br />contracts, and political constraints, and how you addressed these constraints in your analysis <br />and recommendations. <br />D.Identify the project manager that will be assigned to Everett if you are awarded this contract. <br />Include years of experience, years in industry, years with firm, etc. Provide a list of three <br />major projects that person has been involved in and his or her role on those projects <br />E. Provide names, tenure, roles, and responsibilities for each key team member engaged in <br />providing the related services. <br />F.Describe how you acquire and maintain the staff and personnel possessing the qualifications <br />and capabilities called for in this RFP. <br />G. Identify any representatives from your firm located in Washington State or the Northwest <br />Region. <br />H. What characteristics most distinguish your organization from your competitors? <br />2. Technical Capability, Approach, and Capacity <br />A.Describe your methodology in reviewing compensation practices in public agencies and <br />developing compensation recommendations. List the primary features or work tasks, and <br />describe your execution, management, and control of the project. <br />B.Provide a schedule and timeline for this project and include an estimate for City of Everett <br />staff time requirements, if any. <br />C.What is your approach to this project? List the primary features or work tasks. Describe your <br />execution, management, and control of the project. <br />D. How will the City benefit from your approach? <br />E.Describe how your company will meet or exceed the list of objectives listed in Section 2. <br />F.How will your approach help us achieve our goal of maintaining a compensation system that <br />is competitive with the market and to ensure its compensation plan is externally competitive <br />and internally equitable? <br />G. What immediate improvements will we notice as a result of your approach?
