That said bonds hereby authorized shall be in substantially the following form except as to dates of payment: No. 1000.00 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA STATE OF VASHINGTON CITY OF EVERETT EVERETT 1936 SPECIAL WATER REVENUE BONDS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the City of Everett, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, acknow- ledges itself to owe and for value received hereby promises to pay to bearer on December 1, 19 the principal sum of one thousand dollars ( 1,000) with interest thereon at the rate of % per annum, payable semi-annually on the first days of June and December of each year as evidenced by and upon presentation and surrender of the annexed interest coupons as they severally become due, both principal and interest be- ing payable in lawful money of the United States at the office of the City Treasurer of the City of Everett only out of the gross revenues of the water supply system of said City of Everett as provided in ordinance No. 2687 of said city, passed and approved June 20, 1936, and the City Treasurer of said city is hereby directed to pay the same as therein provided. -2-
