14. The additional conditioned space of the proposed living room would appear to require compliance in <br /> achieving the required amount of energy credits in the WSEC 406. The proposed conditioned space <br /> addition (garage to living room conversion)would appear to require 0.5 energy credits per WSEC <br /> R406.2. However,the proposed addition does not appear to provide construction options to <br /> achieve 0.5 energy credits. Please update drawings as required based on the energy credit options <br /> provided in WSEC Table 406.2. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br /> Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Please include a response letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Residential Code(IRC), 2015 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code(IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC),the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett.
