It is still unclear how the <br /> exterior landing for the proposed door in the converted garage space to living <br /> room is being addressed. Please clarify. IRC R311.3 <br /> The following are new comments following the new drawing set that has been <br /> received in response to Correction Notice 2: <br /> PERMIT SERVICES 12. It appears that (2) new construction drawings sheets have been provided. <br /> Please confirm and clarify if this drawing set is to supersede all previously <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street submitted drawing sets.
