Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. The rooms in the residence appear to be missing labels denoting their <br /> functional use on the plans. Please indicate on the plans the room labels (i.e. <br /> bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom,etc.). <br /> 2. The site plan for this project appears to be missing from the submittal. The <br /> submittal documents should include a site plan. For reference, please refer to <br /> the Residential Construction Submittal Checklist and the City of Everett (CoE) <br /> Std Dwg: 101(Sheet C1) containing the requirements to prepare a site plan. IRC <br /> R106.2. <br /> 3. The proposed construction on the first floor of the dwelling appears to <br /> contain amenities to create two separate units within the residence with <br /> separation of the units occurring between the second and first floor. However, <br /> it is unclear if the proposed construction is to become a duplex(two-family <br /> dwelling)or an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Please clarify on the drawings. If <br /> a duplex is being created please clarify and provide additional details to <br /> maintain fire separation between the two units and revise drawings as <br /> required. IRC R302.3. <br /> PERMIT SERVICES 4. The construction documents indicate a red line(assumed to be the proposed <br /> wall construction). Please provide a detail for the proposed wall construction <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street as this appears to be missing from the construction documents. IRC R106.2. <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> 5. An egress door appears to be proposed with wall infill to replace the existing <br /> O425.257.8810 garage opening. An exterior landing appears to be missing from the plans <br /> 425.257.8857 fax <br /> outside of the egress door.
