Continuing with the previous comment, additional sections, details, material requirements, and <br /> general notes should be included to clearly show the modified construction. A schedule of <br /> fastener requirements should be included per Table R602.3(1); the make and model of <br /> proprietary hardware should be specified where used. <br /> 3. Details for the construction of the interior walls should be included. The details should include <br /> top and bottom connections to the supporting structural framing. Blocking should be provided <br /> the top connections where supporting framing is parallel to the walls. Wall framing should <br /> connect directly to the supporting framing (e.g., do not fasten through GWB, etc.). See IBC <br /> Sections R106.1.1 and R301.1. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
