The work appears to have been <br /> performed by a flipper who purchased the house in May 2020. It was just sold to a new owner in the last couple of <br /> months. Trakit does not show a recent permit history. Photos for the last two sales are available on RedFin that show <br /> sigificant different interiors, including non-compliant construction in the basement level.
