Since this time, <br /> we have been working with the project structural engineer to develop stabilization plans. Additionally, <br /> NGA has been retained to monitor slope conditions,on a monthly basis,through measurement of a slope <br /> inclinometer,visual assessment,and foundation settlement monitoring points. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> We visited the site on December 29, 2022. During the site visit we measured the slope inclinometer well <br /> positioned within the paver patio area immediately south of the residence and north of the existing <br /> landslide scarp. We also surveyed the previously installed foundation monitoring points along the <br /> perimeter of the southeastern portion of the house,which protrudes close to the landslide scarp.Visually, <br /> we noted the presence of new tension cracking and depression of the soil above the pre-existing landslide <br /> scarp and just off the southeast corner of the residence.
