Details for the walls, including framing and insulation <br /> requirements, are required. <br /> 6.The stairway appears to be modified to lengthen the stairs. This also impacts for structural framing for the main <br /> floor. Framing plans should be provided showing the changes and demonstrating compliance with IRC <br /> Chapter 5. Details for the stair construction should be provided; see IRC Section R311.7. Note that the plans <br /> indicate the existing rise/run does not comply with current code;this is required to create the new bedroom <br /> in the basement. The minimum clearance at the top of the stairs to the interior side of the exterior east wall <br /> should be specified;this should not be less than 3 feet. <br /> 7.The house includes an exterior ramp on the east side that was installed between 2011 and 2015 based on aerial <br /> photography. There is not permit history for this work. The ramp does not appear to comply with the <br /> code.
