On Sheet 52.1 of the plan set, there is a note of 125 psf Live Load (LL) to the south of the building. The same hatch markings are also shown to the north of the building. Is the 125 psf LL intended to match in the north and south portions given the same hatch area indicated? Currently, the northern portion of the building indicates a 100 psf LL. Should this northern portion also be shown as 125 psf LL? Please clarify. 2. The proposed change in space includes storage of utility meters on the 2nd floor with notes indicating stacking limits. The reference drawing on the permit calculations notes that the original design live load is 50 psf office LL + 20 psf partitions (additional dead load). Please provide verification that the framing is able to support 100 psf LL or 125 psf LL (dependent on the response from comment 1). Typically storage in a commercial buildings is 125 psf for a light warehouse type storage use. If the storage live load is less than 125 psf, please provide calculations validating that the proposed design loading exceeds that of the maximum stacked pallets.
