Framing plans and details for the porch, stairs, and roof cover. <br /> b. Material and fastener requirements. <br /> c. Deck details should be referenced on the plans where they occur. <br /> 4. It appears that energy credit 1.3 is selected which <br /> makes modifications to Table R402.1.1 of Vertical fenestration U = 0.28, and floor insulation of <br /> R-38.
