That it was necessary to incur, and the City <br /> of Everett did incur, a legal expense for legal services with <br /> the firm of Preston, Thorgrimson Tu -ner, in the sum of ,1250 <br /> in connection with the said water project. <br /> Section 6 There is hereby created a seecial fund to be <br /> known as"WA I R CONSTRUCTION FUND PROJECT No. 5;nt . That when <br /> . the water revenue bonds are sold as aut. orized by said Ordinance <br /> No. 2687, of Everett, Washington, there shall be transferred <br /> to said fund an amount sufficient to pay all warrants with interet <br /> thereon drawn against said fund, providing that in the event <br /> that said water revenue bonds are not sold an or before July let, <br /> 1937, there shall be transferred to said fund from the funds of <br /> the Everett Water System an amount sufficient. to pay on July 1st , <br /> 1937, warrants drawn against said fund in the sum of three <br /> thousand dollars ( 3000. 00) or more, and on the first day of ----- a-w <br /> each and ever month thereafter the sum of three thousand <br /> dollars 03000. 0) or more until all warrants drawn against said <br /> fund, with interest thereon, have been paid in full. <br /> Section 7. That the salaries of the officers and employees <br /> herein referred to , the cost of holding said election, the cost of <br /> said legal services, and the cost of all the incidental expenses <br /> in connection with the engineering work, field work, preparation Of <br /> the plans and specifications for said water project, shall be <br /> paid by the issuance of warrants drawn against said fund, <br /> Section 8. The appointment of any of said officers or <br /> employees herein mentioned on or after June 16, 1936, be and the <br /> same is hereby ratified and approved , <br /> Section 9.
