That it was necessary to incur, and the City of Everett did incur, a legal expense for legal services with the firm of Preston, Thorgrimson Tu -ner, in the sum of ,1250 in connection with the said water project. Section 6 There is hereby created a seecial fund to be known as"WA I R CONSTRUCTION FUND PROJECT No. 5;nt . That when . the water revenue bonds are sold as aut. orized by said Ordinance No. 2687, of Everett, Washington, there shall be transferred to said fund an amount sufficient to pay all warrants with interet thereon drawn against said fund, providing that in the event that said water revenue bonds are not sold an or before July let, 1937, there shall be transferred to said fund from the funds of the Everett Water System an amount sufficient. to pay on July 1st , 1937, warrants drawn against said fund in the sum of three thousand dollars ( 3000. 00) or more, and on the first day of ----- a-w each and ever month thereafter the sum of three thousand dollars 03000. 0) or more until all warrants drawn against said fund, with interest thereon, have been paid in full. Section 7. That the salaries of the officers and employees herein referred to , the cost of holding said election, the cost of said legal services, and the cost of all the incidental expenses in connection with the engineering work, field work, preparation Of the plans and specifications for said water project, shall be paid by the issuance of warrants drawn against said fund, Section 8. The appointment of any of said officers or employees herein mentioned on or after June 16, 1936, be and the same is hereby ratified and approved , Section 9.
