ci !N`t �n S PROPOSED A1 LIE 1 TS to proposed Ordinance . o.entitled as follows: "An Ordinance providing for the construction of certain additions to and betterments of the present water supply system of the City of Everett, specifying and adopting a plan for such improvements, declaring the estimated cost thereof, and submit- ing said plan and the issuance of Special mIater evenue Bonds in the sum of not to exceed One Million 'Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ( 41, 300,000.00) in payment thereof, to the qualified voters of the City of =Everett for ratification or rejection, at a special election to be held therein on the ,r day of June, 1936 . " 1. That there be inserted in the title to said ordinance instead of the '3t{, day of June, 1936, "the 20th day of June, 1936. " 2. That Section 1 of said proposed ordinance be changed to read as follows: "Section 1: The City of Everett hereby proposes, specifies and adopts the following system or plan for additions to and. betterments of the existing water works system, to wit : The construction and laying of a pipe line varying from 36 inches to 52 inches in diameter from t ,_o outlet of Tunnel No. 2 at Lake Chaplain and following the present :To. 2 line to Everett at a point :rhea _2 California and Harrison Streets in said City, across to City Reservoir No. 2 and then to a point on Norton avenue in i -it u near the plant of the Sound View Pulp Company, together with all necessary iralves, shutoffs and other structures and appurtenances necessary for the construction, control and operation of said pipeline and the delivery of water therefrom and the acquiring by purchase or condemnation of all necessary easements or rights of way for said improvements. The estimated cost of all of said additions and betterments to said water works system, as hereinbefore set forth, is hereby found and declared to be the sum of One MillionC`hree Hundred Thousand Dollars ( "l, 300, 000.00 ) . " 3. That Section 2 of said proposed ordinance be changed to read as follows: �!!
