to the City of -0;verett and by Federal grant from the United States govern- <br /> sent. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds , the interest thereon and <br /> not to exceed thirty (30%) per cent of the entire cost of such improvement. <br /> Section 5. The costs and expenses of not to exceed thirty per cent <br /> (3O0 of such improvement plus clerk and treasurer's fees shall be defrayed <br /> by special assessments payable in ten (10) equal annual installments, with <br /> not exceedinL- six <br /> interest thereon at the rate of / ( 65)per cent per annum, under the mode <br /> of payment by bonds, as provided by law and the ordinances of said city. <br /> not exceedin, six <br /> Bonds bearing interest at the rate off ( 6 ._ per cent per annum payable on <br /> or before twelve (12) years from date of issue shall be issued in payment of <br /> not to exceed thirty per cent (30%) of the costs and expenses plus clerk and <br /> treasurer's fees of such improvement , or the City of Everett may at its el- <br /> ection sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by <br /> the ordinances of said city. <br /> Section 6.
