the following described property, to-wit : Lot Block Addition 1 to 15 Inn. 676 Flat of Everett, Division "C" F. 19, 20, 22, 23 & 24 676 " " F. 2, 3 , 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 677 " " " " • " 1 - F. 2, 3 & 4 725 " " * " F. 26 &: 27 725 Replat of Division "H" (ALSO) A Tract of land 120 feet wide that lies Westerly, parallel and adjacent to Bond Street from Hewitt Avenue to intersection of Bond Street and Kromer Avenue produced westerly. Section 4. A special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund 1o . 515 , which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed , levied and collected on the several lots and parcels of land in said local improvement district, the proceeds of the sale of bonds of the said district and the monies allocated from the ';Washington State Motor Vehicle fund. and the Federal grant, for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of such improvement . Cut of said fund shall be paid the bonds , interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . Section 5 . The costs and expenses of such improvement shall be defrayed from funds allocated to the City of Everett from the Washington_ State Motor Ve- hicle Fund and by Federal grant, and by special assessments not to exceed 30 thereof, plus clerk and treasurer's fees, payable in ten equal annual install- ments , with interest thereon at the rate of �►%e (,i,211_ per cent per annum, un- der the mode of payment by bonds , as provided by law and the ordinances of the city. Bonds bearing interest at the rate of Ve; (. %) per cent per annum, payable on or before twelve years from date of issue , shall be issued in payment of the cost and expense of such improvement , or the city of Everett may at its election, sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said city.
