every seat or chair contained in said place and said license . fee shall cover all <br /> lawful exhibitions or entertainments of any nature given therein during the con- <br /> tinuance of said license: Provided , however, that the license fee to be paid by <br /> any such theater, moving picture house , opera house or public hall shall not in <br /> any one year exceed the sum of Two Hundred ( 200.00) Dollars. <br /> For shooting gallery, archery and other devices of a similar nature , wenty- <br /> five 025.00) Dollars per year . <br /> For a skating rink , Twenty-five (025.00) Dollars per year, payable annually; <br /> provided , however , that it shall be unlawful to operate any such rink under any <br /> license on Sunday. <br /> For a miniature golf course , Thirty-five 035.00) Dollars per year payable <br /> annually in advance . <br /> For all automatic amusement games, so called games of skill, whether auto- <br /> matically operated or pushed with a hand plunger to obtain a certain score for <br /> merchandise awards, ten (010.00) dollars per year payable in aditance, license to <br /> expire December 31 of each year. Any licenses for these games taken out after <br /> July 1, Five (05.00) Dollars for the remainder of the year; provided , that no <br /> minors shall be allowed to play these games, and provided also that the City <br /> Clerk issue a metal tag which shall read : <br /> "Automatic Amusement Game License, Everett ," and the year for which it is <br /> issued , and shall be and remain secuiel.y attached to each automatic amusement game <br /> in a conspicuous place on the framework thereof near the operating lever or plunger. <br /> For all other exhibitions or public entertainments or amusements not herein <br /> specified , the license fee shall be 10.00 per day payable each day in advance. <br /> Section 2. That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2574 and all other ordinances <br /> or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed . <br /> Section 3.
