July 27, 2023 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />DRAFT SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />100th Street SW Regional Stormwater Detention Facilities <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The City of Everett Public Works (Client) requested a scope of services from Perteet (Consultant) to conduct a <br />wetland delineation, wetland classification, and cultural resources assessment for two proposed stormwater <br />detention facility sites, referred to as Loganberry Pond (or the Regional Stormwater Facility) and Holly <br />Stormwater Park. The Loganberry Pond site covers nearly two acres on three parcels located northwest of the <br />intersection of 100th Street SW and 18th Avenue W. The Holly Stormwater Park is on a 1.6-acre site (two parcels) <br />located southeast of the intersection of 100th Street SW and 9th Avenue W, east of Holly Drive. <br /> <br />This scope of services includes a wetland site assessment (including wetland delineation, with associated rating <br />forms, data forms, and figures) and a cultural resources site assessment. Additionally, this scope includes a <br />separate review and evaluation of preliminary mitigation recommendations. <br /> <br />The Consultant’s services will be limited to those expressly set forth herein. If the service is not specifically identified <br />herein, it is expressly excluded. The consultant will have no other obligations, duties, or responsibilities associated <br />with the project except as expressly provided in this Agreement. <br /> <br />Transferring Budget within Contract Maximum: The level of effort is specified in the scope of services. The <br />budget may be transferred between discipline tasks at the discretion of the Consultant, provided that the total <br />contracted amount is not exceeded. The Consultant will have the flexibility to manage budget within a given <br />discipline on a subtask level. <br /> <br />GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This Scope of Services describes the work elements to be accomplished by the Consultant as summarized under <br />each Task. <br /> <br />This scope consists of the following elements: <br /> <br />Task 1 – Project Administration <br />Task 2 – Critical Area Site Assessment <br />Task 3 – Mitigation Review <br />Task 4 – Cultural Resources Support and Inadvertent Discovery Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
