July 27, 2023 <br />4 <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />• Consultation documents prepared by the consultant will be submitted by the City; <br />• The City will provide project plans and estimates for maximum depth of ground disturbance of project <br />activities; <br />• A Cultural Resources Assessment (CRA) is not provided for in this task. If required, preparation of a CRA <br />may be provided as an additional service; <br />• Ecology will prepare a letter template to initiate government-to-government consultation with Tribes as <br />required under GEO 21-02. <br />• The form and IDP will undergo one round of review <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft and Final Department of Ecology Cultural Resources Review Form, one (1) PDF by email. <br />• Draft and Final IDP, one (1) PDF by email <br /> <br />Additional (Optional) Services <br />The Consultant may provide additional services as directed by the City which are not identified in this Scope of <br />Services. Additional services shall not commence without written authorization and approval from the City and a <br />supplement to the contract. <br /> <br />Services Not Included in this Scope of Services <br />1.
