City of Everett Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Field Installation 01 11 00 - 1 <br /> SECTION 01 11 00 -SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.1 WORK COVERED BY THIS CONTRACT <br /> ' A. The Work includes, but not limited to, installation of six(6)300 kw inductive bus chargers <br /> at the College Station, Everett Station, and Seaway Transit Center at Everett, WA. <br /> ' B. JOB DESCRIPTION: The following is a general outline and is not intended to be a <br /> complete listing of the work to be accomplished nor is it intended to be used to indicate <br /> the order the work is to be completed. All items listed below is a general list of items <br /> ' included in the work and should be verified prior to bidding. The Work includes but is <br /> not limited to the supply and installation of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary <br /> to perform the work in full. <br /> C. Base Bid includes the following items: <br /> 1. Concrete work, sawing cutting, excavation, haul and restoration. <br /> 2. Installation of electrical equipment to connect to SnoPUD service. <br /> 3. Installation of inductive bus charger systems <br /> 4. Repairs to landscaping disturb during construction. <br /> 5. Site cleanup and restoration. <br /> ' D. Work under the Contract shall also include: <br /> 1. Protection of work in place and all stored items relating to the work. <br /> ' 2. Moving of any stored items or temporary facility where it interferes with work by <br /> the Owner or under separate contract. <br /> 3. Providing and paying for additional on-site or off-site storage facilities, work areas <br /> or parking needed for safe and efficient execution of the work or to meet other <br /> terms of the contract. <br /> ' 1.2 WORK BY OTHERS <br /> A. OTHER CONTRACTS: The Owner shall have the right to let other Contracts in <br /> connection with the Work, and the Contractor shall cooperate with any such Contractors. <br /> ' B. "N.I.C." Items indicated "NIC" shall be furnished and installed by the Owner, or by other <br /> Contracts. <br /> 1.3 WORK BY THE OWNER <br /> ' A. The Owner shall have the right to access the site and execute work not included in the <br /> Contract concurrent with this contract period.
