Manually controlled 2000 GPM monitor with a combination nozzle and a set of stacked tips with a <br />built-in stream straightener. Specific brand and model determined at pre-construction meeting. <br />j. Automatic foam proportioning system suitable for all types of Class A and B foam concentrates and <br />capable of a minimum injection rate of 10 gallons per minute of foam concentrate. The outlets above <br />(1, 2, 5, 6 & 9) must be foam capable. <br />k. One (1) foam system controller with digital display located on the pump panel. <br />l. Minimum of a 30-gallon foam tank. <br />m. Foam system to include an external foam concentrate pickup located at the pump panel which can <br />also be utilized to refill the foam tank. <br />2.7.3 CAB DESIGN FEATURES <br />a. Maximum finished cab floor height of 38” in the front seating positions and 47” in the rear. Everett <br />Fire Department’s current pumpers have floor heights less than the floor heights listed above. <br />b. A clean cab design with forward facing seating for four (4) firefighters. The driver’s and officer’s seat <br />must be adjustable. Clean cab design is defined as having exterior accessed cab compartments that <br />are sealed and isolated from the cab interior used to store possible contaminated gear and <br />equipment. <br />c. The rear seating area must have a raised roof. <br />d. Two side compartments, located between the front and rear cab doors which will be sealed for <br />contaminants and accessed with a lap style door from the outside only. <br />e. One interior compartment in the rear cab area, size – location to be determined at pre-construction <br />meeting. <br />f. Supplemental Restraint System such as air bags. <br />g. Apparatus interior upholstery must be heavy leather grain vinyl, resistant to grease, oil, and mildew. <br />h. Deluxe defrost system which provides the highest capability level to quickly defog all cab glass when <br />wet firefighters enter the cab. <br />i. Electric windows. <br />j. Air-conditioned cab. <br />k. Vehicle camera system: one (1) rear facing, one (1) each on the left and right side of vehicle with <br />monitor screen integrated into the dash and in view of driver. <br />l. Cab drip rail that extends along the full length of the roofline to cover all side windows to prevent <br />water from entering the cab when doors are open.
