Lighting will be provided in the <br />following locations with the following minimum quantities: <br />• One (1) brow light <br />• Two (2) rear of apparatus <br />• Two (2) on each side of apparatus <br />The LED scene light control switches must be located within reach of driver and officer, and possibly <br />near point of use. <br />e. Opticom Emitter Model #794M. <br />2.7.9 INTERCOM SYSTEM <br />The proposer must provide and install a David Clark intercom system with four (4) wired over-the-head <br />headsets in the cab that are capable of interfacing with the radio. <br />2.8 MISCELLANEOUS SUPPLIER SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT <br />The following specific models to be determined at the pre-construction meeting: <br />• Rubbish hook <br />• Plaster hook <br />• Pike pole <br />2.9 OWNER SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT <br />The manufacturer must mount the following owner supplied equipment: <br />• Sierra RV55 modem with antenna and Motorola APX8500 mobile radio with antenna, both of which <br />are accessible from the cab. <br />2.10 DESIRED APPARATUS FEATURES <br />The following are desired features for the awarded apparatus and are listed in order of importance: <br />1. Tightest available turning radius. <br />2. Provide an option that allows for best available acceleration while still being able to achieve top speed <br />of approximately 68 miles per hour. <br />3. Angle of approach and departure greater than twelve (12) degrees each. <br />4. Without changing the height of the hose bed or increasing the overall wheelbase change the left-rear <br />outlet to two 1.5” outlets. <br />5. Emergency lighting power reduction switch to reduce light output power.
