August 2, 2023 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 15-minute executive session to discuss a legal matter, <br />pursuant to RCW 42.30.110.1(i), with council action to follow, and requesting that the executive <br />session occur following the public hearing on Agenda Item No. 8. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7917 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,702,335.98 for the period of July 15, 2023, through July 21, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7918 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,860,532.62 for the period ending July 15, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – NW REGIONAL BASIC LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign this (and any future) Interagency Agreements between CJTC <br />and the City of Everett related to assigning Everett employees to the NW Regional Basic Law <br />Enforcement Academy. <br /> <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT – EVERETT MUNICPAL BUILDING <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Congressman Rick Larsen at the <br />Everett Municipal Building. <br /> <br /> AGREEEMENT AMENDED – SNOHOMISH COUNTY REGIONAL TRAINING CONSORTIUM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment No. 3 to Snohomish County Regional Training <br />Consortium (Interlocal Agreement) <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Tuohy who was <br />excused.
