On Sheet G0.2, callouts on the drawings refer to details Al, A2 on A8.10, but do not appear to be <br /> provided on the drawing set. Please clarify. <br /> The references to A8 sheets are outdated, and the reference should be to sheet BE000. This <br /> has been corrected on the updated sheets provided with this resubmittal. <br /> 2. The Type of Construction on the set is indicated to be V-1 hour. Per IBC 705.2.3.1, balconies and <br /> similar projections are required to meet the fire-resistive construction for floor construction of that <br /> Type. It is unclear if the repair to the assembly will include replacement of floor assembly <br /> construction materials. If so, please indicate a floor assembly listing that maintains the fire-resistive <br /> construction requirements. <br /> The soffit materials shall be 5/8"type X exterior soffit board,with painted fiber cement <br /> panels. The full assembly corresponds closely to UL design L507,which is rated at 1 hr. It <br /> also corresponds to the 1 hr.assembly described on the original plans from 1968. In the <br /> original drawings,the soffit was described as "'h" duraply over'/z" gypsum board." This <br /> assembly is described in the updated drawing provided with this resubmittal. <br /> We hope these responses meet your needs.
