• <br /> (f) "Druggists" may be licensed to sell bottled beer and/or wine <br /> containing not more than 14 per cent of alcohol by weight or 17 .5 per cent <br /> by volume, not to be consumed on the premises , in quantities not to exceed <br /> one (1) case . <br /> (g) "Hotels" having 35 rooms or more may be licensed for the sale <br /> of beer or wine containing not more than 14 per cent of alcohol by weight <br /> or 17.5 per cent by volume, to guests , to be consumed upon the premises . <br /> (h) A "social club or fraternal organization" means a place where <br /> beer or wine containing not more than 14 per cent of alcohol by weight <br /> or 17.5 per cent by volume, is sold or kept for sale in the club or frat- <br /> ernal rooms to the members of said club or fraternal organization, or <br /> their guests, which in no way caters to public patronage and which beer <br /> or wine is to be consumed on the premises. <br /> Section 2. That Ordinance No . 2583 of the City of Everett be amended <br /> by adding thereto a new section to be called 2a, which shall read as fol- <br /> lows, to-wit : <br /> Section 2a: It shall be unlawful for any individual, firm or corpor- <br /> ation licensed under this Ordinance to retail or sell beer and wine in <br /> quantities of one case or less, in the City of Everett, to purchase sup- <br /> plies of beer and wine used in such business from any other individual, <br /> firm or corporation than a local licensed wholesaler of beer whose place <br /> of business is located within the city limits of Everett or a duly li- <br /> censed liquor store located within the said city limits . <br /> Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br /> with be and the same hereby are repealed. <br /> etcyta <br /> �y1��',d �� or <br /> Attest: � ►I - � <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: 12-13-33 <br /> Published: 12-1 4-33 <br />
