600 Ninth Ave Apts <br />ill COAST <br />responsible for paying the remainder of the rent and/or other charges due, and the government or other entity actually <br />pays its portion and Residents fail to pay its portion as agreed, then Residents agree that in such an instance receipt of <br />any payment from the government or other entity does not constitute a partial payment and Owner may move forward <br />with eviction proceeding against Residents, unless the parties agree and enter into a written non -waiver agreement. <br />28. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is legally invalid, or declared by a court to be unenforceable, such <br />provision will be deemed deleted and the rest of this Agreement shall remain in effect. To the extent that any provision of <br />this Agreement is in conflict with any provisions of applicable law, such provision is hereby deleted, and any provision <br />required by applicable law which is not included in this Agreement is hereby inserted as an additional provision to this <br />Agreement, but only to the extent required by applicable law and then only so long as the provision of the applicable law <br />is not repealed or held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction. <br />29. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT. Residents acknowledge and agree that the attachments listed below are <br />incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement, and are binding even if not initialed or signed by Residents. SIGNATORIES. Residents, whether or not in actual possession of the Leased Premises, are jointly and severally liable <br />for all obligations arising hereunder. This Agreement shall not be considered to be in full force and effect until signed by <br />Owner. Owner may, without liability, refuse to enter into this Agreement and may refuse to allow Residents to move into <br />the Leased Premises at any time prior to signing this Agreement. Anything to the contrary in this provision <br />notwithstanding, Residents shall be fully liable for all obligations arising hereunder, and Owner may enforce the <br />provisions of this Agreement against Residents if, for any reason or by any means, Residents obtain possession of the <br />Leased Premises before such time as this Agreement has been signed by Owner. <br />30.1. Electronic Signatures.
