MIII <br /> STANDARD LEASE EVERETT <br /> This Lease is made as of . ktitd1 ,9 ' Z , 2023, between the City of Everett, a <br /> Washington municipal corporation ("Landlord"), and Citrine Health, a Washington Non-Profit <br /> Corporation ("Tenant"). <br /> 1. BASIC LEASE PROVISIONS. The following definitions and provisions apply and are <br /> part of this Lease: <br /> Base Rent $7,000 per month, to include leasehold tax.
