8. The Basement level includes penetrations of the ceiling membrane for lighting, exhaust fans, and whole house <br />ventilation. Penetration details are required by IBC Chapter 7. Radiation dampers may be provided at the <br />bathroom. Kitchen exhausts will require a chase, or must be framed in a soffit below the ceiling membrane. <br />9. Penetration details are required for the electrical boxes in the common walls between units. See IBC Chapter 7. <br />10. The proposed design includes penetrations in the exterior wall on the north side. The setback is only 3' per the <br />Site Plan.
