Records indicate that the house was issued a construction permit on December 251h 1995, The permit <br />application and documents indicated that the house would have an unfinished basement. <br />2. Records show that I conducted a Framing Inspection on the house on 3/15/1996, 1 made a comment on my <br />Inspection report that the house had an unfinished basement at that time. <br />3. Your photos appear to show that the house now has a finished and occupied basement area. <br />4. Permit records cannot be located to show that the finishing of the basement area for habitable use was <br />completed with required permits and inspection approvals. <br />5. I inspected it yesterday and was able to go <br />in and take photos. <br />I checked Permit Trak and the microfiche documents, and it only contained permits for when the house was being <br />built. Work has been done and undone since it was built, without record of permits. My notes, documents and photos <br />are in Code Trak. <br />
