I inspected it yesterday and was able to go <br />in and take photos. <br />I checked Permit Trak and the microfiche documents, and it only contained permits for when the house was being <br />built. Work has been done and undone since it was built, without record of permits. My notes, documents and photos <br />are in Code Trak. <br />I found additional information and photos from Redfin that show the differences, particularly in the basement and <br />garage. The house was most recently purchased in January of 2016. I'm guessing the unlawful/unpermitted work was <br />done before that, but now the owner is responsible. The current owner is using it as a rooming house. There are <br />currently four unrelated tenants, based on my observation.
