I bought it off MLS and the <br />property was fully finished in the basement & garage area. I check on the county record it also shows the garage area <br />was finished as well. Eileen Hinkley did an inspection a couple weeks ago and she realized that the basement was <br />finished without permit, so now I like to get the basement permitted. <br />Now I'm renting this house to 4 individuals and i would like to keep renting it that way. <br />Please let me know what is the next step for me to do and you can call me at 425-598-8888 if you like to speak over the <br />phone. <br />Thank you <br />I <br />
